SINBUN PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER

Overview: 

We are looking for 1-2 individuals to join our team to help launch our first brick and mortar location this fall! We will be evaluating candidates based on how they will fit into the team and company culture. No experience is required.

Job Description:

As a SINBUN Production Team Member, you will execute the production and assist with assembly of our buns and menu items. This person will be responsible for making dough, prepping fillings and toppings, fulfilling orders (in-person, online, catering, and wholesale) and elevating the customer experience. To start, this role will focus more on production and prep work vs. the assembly of the finished product and will play a large role in the success of the business. 
This person can expect to work 6-9 hour shifts, 4 days per week to start. There will be opportunities for growth and to work on a full-time basis once a proven track record has been established.

SINBUN Front Of House Team Member

Front of House Job Description:

As a SINBUN Front of House (FOH) Team Member, you will own the customer experience! This person will be responsible for taking in-person orders, and engaging with our customers to create an unforgettable experience.

The following responsibilities are what is expected from this role

Responsibilities:

  • Customer service focused to ensure the sweetest experience possible as their first interaction with the store.

  • Following Opening and closing shift procedures per checklists

  • Assist in preparing recipes and following recipes per SINBUN guides

  • Assembling and packing food orders in carry-out containers and bags

  • Assisting cooks with food preparation

  • Taking payments for food orders and providing correct change

  • Stocking condiment and beverage stations

  • Taking customer orders via POS system

  • Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations

  • Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks

  • Plating prepared foods based on SINBUN guidance

  • Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts

  • Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations

  • Fulfill orders from online POS system in a timely manner

  • Maintain a cleanly workspace and follow all food safety procedures

As a Line Assembly Team Member at SINBUN (back of House), you will own the product experience for customers, including setting the line, bun assembly, food prep. This is a dynamic role that converges cooking skills with baking and requires a fast learner thats adaptable in fast paced environments. This person will be responsible for taking in-person orders and engaging with our customers to create an unforgettable experience, maintaining a meticulous workspace, and ensuring highest quality product is served to our guests.

As a SINBUN Line Assembly Team Member the following responsibilities are what is expected from this role;

Responsibilities:

  • Following Opening and closing shift procedures per checklists

  • Setting the line according to quality and stands of SINBUN for both opening and closing shifts

  • Assembling and packing food orders in carry-out containers and bags

  • Assembling Buns & menu items for incoming orders

  • Managing multiple orders at once and fulfilling in a timely manner with quality and attention to detail first.

  • Working with Front of House to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time

  • Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts

  • Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations

  • Fulfill orders from online POS system + 3rd party deliveries in a timely manner

  • Maintain a cleanly workspace and follow all food safety procedures

  • Completing side prep tasks including/ not limited to:

    • Preparing recipes and following recipes per SINBUN guides

    •  Communicating prep tasks and low inventories to team members

    • Restocking condiments and toppings station

    • Weighing out ingredients for recipes

  • Taking payments for food orders and providing correct change

  • Working with Front of House to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
